Hero's Abilities

Hello Guys,

I'm AKA here and for today I have brought you guys dota 2 heroes abilities. So out of all the hero's in dota 2 some have only 'Active' abilities and some have both 'Active'  as well as 'Passive' abilities so lets lets take a hero for example and discuss its abilities in details.

Note:- To activate Active ability we need to press key assigned to it and for Passive ability no key need to be pressed to activate it.

Just to know abilities we will take a hero with both active and passive abilities so it would be Phantom Assassin (PA). 

1.STIFLING DAGGER


The above image is the first ability of PA. It is an active ability. In order to use a active ability we need to press the key assigned to it and activate it that is why it is called as active ability. We are not gonna discuss its working it will done in guide.

2. PHANTOM STRIKE


The above image is the second ability of PA which is also a active one which means we need to press key to activate this ability.

3.BLUR



The above ability is the third ability of PA. This is a interesting one because it is a active as well as a passive ability. The way it work's is when you press key to activate it you will be blur and your blur will be broken when you enter a specific range of an enemy hero. But is passive part is evasion (which will be discussed in further post) which doesn't need any key to press it will be always activated one you acquire it.

4.COUP DE GRACE



The above image is the fourth and the final ability of PA (Without Scepter) which is a passive one. It is not compulsory that every passive ability are always active some have critical change like its 15% for PA coup de grace. It means that there are 15% chances to be active when hitting enemy units or hero.

So in this way a hero in dota 2 contains active, passive or both abilities. What will it do whom will it affect will be discussed in the upcoming post.

Status Effect :- Silence

Hello Guys, I'm AKA here and today we are gonna start a series of topic related to Status Effect .   What is status effect?. In simple terms status effect is a debuff that affects you negatively. There are many types of Status effect one of them is Silence . Silence :- The above image is just a representation of silence. When a enemy hero silences you, as a hero you are not able to use your abilities (spells) for a particular amount of time. Now if you have silence in your hero then great or if enemy hero has it there are ways to deal with it. Silence is good against heroes like Juggernaut and Lifestealer etc because they have in build BKB (will be explained in further post). So if you silence them then they can be killed easily (if they do not have dispel). There are many items for dispelling silence and some of the hero's have in build dispel like Slark and Tidehunter etc. Items like Guardian greaves, Manta Style, Satanic, BKB etc. can dispel silence and give you advantage. Shadow Blade or Glimmer Cape

Hello Guys, I’m AKA and today I have brought you guys a new topic that is ‘ Shadow Blade or Glimmer Cape ’. As we discussed some items are categories based on the roles like carry and support. As we first consider glimmer cape this is something a support player goes so that on ganking him he has something to escape. The good part of glimmer cape is that it cast during channeling which means spells like freezing field, black hole, death ward etc. Some time what happens is enemy hero does not have dust and when you cast your channeling spell that there are chances you might get a kill. So, in this way you can win a team fight. the best part of glimmer cape is that it can be casted on our friends which mean not only you but you can also help your core to escape a fight. Now let’s see shadow blade. As a personal experience I can tell this item is not good for core there are many reasons for it.
